Types of medical services.

Medical services are provided on the basis of a list of works (services) that constitute medical activity and are indicated in the medical activity license ЛО-77-01-017574 dated 22 February 2019.

The polyclinic provides primary medical care by general physicians, general practitioners, surgeons, urologists, otorhinolaryngologists, ophthalmologists, endocrinologists, cardiologists, gastroenterologists, immunologists, allergologists, traumatologists, orthopedists, neurologists, infectious diseases specialist, coloproctologist, and rheumatologist.

Conducted: electrocardiography at rest and with functional tests, the function of external respiration with medical tests, bicycle ergometry, electroencephalography, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, 24-hour Holter ECG monitoring, echo-encephalography, and various types of ultrasound diagnostics.

In the radiation diagnostics department, in addition to traditional X-ray studies, high-tech research methods are performed: CT and MRI, including with contrast agent.

A day hospital for 206 beds (therapeutic, neurological, cardiological, pulmonological, and other profiles) operates in the organization.

As part of the branch No. 4, there is a traumatology and orthopedic department working around the clock.

As part of the branch No. 1, a medical prevention department was organized. The patients undergo a medical examination of the adult population, a comprehensive examination to identify risk factors for the development of chronic non-communicable diseases, as well as various activities, promotions, and health schools. The Health Center operates as part of the branch No. 3.

Each branch has a pharmacy for the release of preferential drugs.

In 2018, a patronage service department was opened for servicing patients with limited mobility as part of the branch No. 5. Now 1883 people, their relatives, and social workers have the opportunity of constant contact with the polyclinic.

The organization employs 709 employees, 1 doctor of medical sciences, 1 honored doctor of the Russian Federation, 15 candidates of medical sciences, 46 specialists have the highest category, 8 people have the first category, and 4 people have the second one.

Paid medical and non-medical services of SBHI “CP No. 62 of the MCHD” are provided on the basis of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 4 October 2012 under No. 1006 “On approval of the Rules for providing paid medical services by medical organizations”, the Regulation on the procedure and conditions for the provision of paid medical services and paid non-medical services by SBHI “CP No. 62 of the MCHD”.

Medical care for foreign citizens temporarily staying or permanently residing in the Russian Federation is provided by the Federal State Autonomous Institution of the National Medical Research Center for Children's Health of the Ministry of Health of Russia in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 6 March 2016 under No. 186 “On the approval of the Rules for providing medical care to foreign nationals in the territory of the Russian Federation”. Foreign citizens who are insured in accordance with the Federal Law “On Compulsory Medical Insurance in the Russian Federation” are entitled to free medical care under compulsory medical insurance.

Medical assistance to foreign citizens is provided in accordance with contracts for the provision of paid medical services or voluntary medical insurance contracts.
